International Day of Older Persons to be celebrated in Republic of Tatarstan

The International Day of Older Persons is observed on October 1 each year.
The first of October is a wonderful opportunity to once again show elementary attention and care to give place to public transport, help an old lady cross the road, to call their grandpa and grandma or to do any other act of kindness, because this date is dedicated to the worldwide Day of elderly people.
The purpose of celebrating this day is an additional attraction of public attention to the problems and experiences of older people. During his life, they managed to make a significant contribution to the development of our society, which means that they, like anyone else, have the right to fulfill their social needs and individual needs.
