Republican Open Forum for Prevention of Cruelty to Children will be organized in the capital of Tatarstan – Kazan tomorrow, on 25 October 2017. The Forum unites the leading specialists with experience working with children at risk of being abandoned and families in crisis.
The Forum’s primary goals are to protect children’s right to be raised in a family, to ensure children’s safety and protection by working to reform the child welfare system, and to develop an effective system for working with children and families in crisis.
