According to the ruling of the justice of the peace of judicial district №2 for Leninigorsk municipal district, HR-Manager of OOO Leninogorskneftstroy was found guilty of committing administrative offence provided in Article 5.42 of Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation and was held liable to fine at a rate of 5 000 rubles.
In this regard the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan highlights the necessity to supply information about providing employment opportunities for people with disabilities to Employment Centers in proper time.
