Professional orientation of social shelter fosterlings in Nizhnekamsk
Several lessons in professional orientation were organized for fosterlings of the social shelter for minors in March 2018. The lessons were given by specialists of the Government Employment Service for the Republic of Tatarstan.
The general goal of the lessons is to inspire young people by way of active participation in the professional orientation program to take over responsibility for their future, to get to know themselves and their capacities, educational pathways and career pathways, to make a prudent decision regarding the school and to get involved into the world of work, thus achieving success in their career planning. The professional orientation program strives towards building the decision-making capacity with young people and students.
