Eid al-Adha to be celebrated on 12 September

The Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan informs about the following. In accordance with the Law 1448-XII of 19 February 1992 “Holidays and commemorative dates” Eid al-Adha is declared to be a non-working day (holiday) in the Republic of Tatarstan.
This year in accordance with the Decree of the President of Tatarstan №525 of 11 June 2016 “About the Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha holiday dates”, 12 September 2016 year was determined to be the beginning of Eid al-Adha celebrations.
Therefore 10, 11 and 12 September 2016 were declared to be non-working days (holidays) in the Republic of Tatarstan.
