Promotion of healthy life style in Nizhnekamsk municipal district

Marathon Relay “Veni, vidi, vici!” was recently held in the social shelter for minors in Nizhnekamsk municipal district. The event was held with the aim to promote healthy life style among fosterlings of the shelter.
According to specialists in social work, committing to regular training sessions helps with motivation and boosts fitness level and aerobic capacity, enabling to run stronger, faster and longer. All the participants of the event were presented with sweets and gifts.
